Directors of the Board comes from various areas of the state and from various backgrounds. In accordance with our Bylaws, Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting in June and serve three-year terms. Officers are elected to one-year terms by the Board of Directors. The Board meets quarterly at a minimum and minutes of past meetings are available on request.
